Student elections 2020

April 23rd – May 3rd, students at NTNU vote for their:
• Faculty representatives 
• Department representatives
• Two students for the NTNU board of directors

All students at NTNU can vote in the elections!
The Board candidates’ presentations will be available in English.

Corona virus/Covid-19 and elections at NTNU:

In light of the situation surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, NTNU has chosen to close all campuses and move all lectures online.
Until further notice, students are required not to stay on campus. 

The student elections will still be held as planned.
Elections of department and faculty representatives, as well as student representatives for the NTNU board,
are held through NTNUs digital election system, Ditt Valg‘ (‘Your elections’).

Voting from home is thus not only possible, but easy. Stay tuned on this site for more info as the election approaches.

Elections for the NTNU Board

This semester, two students (one man and one woman) will be elected for the NTNU Board of Directors.
All students can vote in the elections!

It is now possible to show informal interest in running, or recommend other candidates.
Please note that to run for a seat on the board, one must be proficient in Norwegian (cf. NTNUs election regulations §4-2).
