Candidate text:

Dear fellow students!
My name is Ragnhild, I am 24 years old, and I am from Lillehammer.

After almost 4 years at NTNU I have been fortunate to get to work to improve students’ everyday life through student organization as well as working in the student democracy. With previous experience as the leader of the student organization for my study program as well as being a student representative at the faculty, I have been able to work for both the students at my study program and the faculty and now I want to take a step further and work for all students at NTNU. I find this work incredibly exciting and rewarding, and therefore I would like to be a student representative on the NTNU board.

As we slowly, but surely are going towards a new normal it is very important that students’ everyday life is a good as possible. There are many students today who never got to experience what normal life as a student was before and although we may never return to exactly where we were before, it is incredibly important that we work on including all students in the new normal. This is essentially what makes NTNU to what it is. And it is important that we prioritize the student in the time to come. The last year has been difficult for many students and it is also important that we focus on students’ psychosocial health. Both today and in the time to come. Other tings I care about are sustainability and good digital education. I am incredibly motivated to work for a better everyday life for the students and therefore you should vote for me.
